This has not been the best year for Lil Wayne. According to TMZ, the Young Money head honcho is hasn’t paid a dime for any of the sporting events he’s attended in the past few years and now he’s faced with yet another legal battle.
Weezy F Baby is well-known sports fanatic and can frequently be spotted attending some of the most high profile sporting events. While Wayne enjoys sitting front and center at these events, he’s also enjoyed not paying for the tickets – and now their coming for his empire, Young Money.
Tickets of America and White Glove International are suing Wayne for $119,400 for unpaid tickets. The lawsuit consist of the following events that took place between 2013 and 2015 and he has not paid for:
Mayweather vs. Pacquiao – $67,500
Super Bowl XLVII – $14,000
MTV Video Music Awards – $4,000
Heat vs. Hawks – $11,000
Lakers vs. Rockets – $11,100
Clippers vs. Rockets – $11,300
NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four – $500
Although the lawsuit doesn’t directly name Lil Wayne, it does name Young Money and his manager, Cortez Bryant. Let’s see if he attends any more sporting events anytime soon.
