Rick Ross Is Being Sued For Using Jay-Z’s Image In “Movin’ Bass’ Video

Rick Ross may be cool with Jay-Z, but not cool enough to avoid a lawsuit. The Maybach Music CEO is being sued for using Jay-Z’s image in his music video for “Movin’ Bass.”

According to TMZ, Ricky Ross the boss is being sued by photographer Armen Djerrahian, who claims the photo used in the video was taken back in 2003 by him. The image shows Hov throwing up the roc which is the now the popular hand gesture used to symbolize the label, Roc-A-Fella.

Although the image appears in the video for only a fraction of a second, Djerrahian is suing for all profits made by using Jay-Z’s image. A court order has also been made to block them for further using the image.
