Mike Epps took his talents to Arizona this past weekend and lets just say the show did not end too well. During his set at StandUpLive in Phoenix a man was Stone Cold knocked out after a joke went too far.
They say if you can’t stand the heat then get out the kitchen and in this instance the young fella in the audience got burned bad! TMZ reports that a member in the audience was sucker punched and left unconscious after he took Epps joke too seriously.
Apparently Epps began to clown the guy for wearing a flannel shirt to his show – insisting that he looked like the character from Hootie & the Blowfish. When the crowd began to laugh too hard, the victim began to yell back at Epps. He later proceeded to exit the venue; only to get KO’d by another audience member. Mike Epps took to Twitter to issue a public apology about the incident.
I would like to apologize to all my fans and anyone that got hurt at my show ! I never hurt anyone I was just doin what I do cracking jokes
