“Cash Money is an army, I’m a one-man army – and if them n****s comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony!”
Lil Wayne wants it all…his album…his money…and his artist and he’s not leaving without a fight. In the case of Young Money vs. Cash Money, Weezy F Baby wants his artist off the Cash Money label and strictly on Young Money because they are contracted to him. His label includes Drake, Nicki Minaj, Christina Milian, Lil Twist, and Mack Maine who is also serving as a YME artist and the label’s president.
According to TMZ, Cash Money Records has distribution deals with the entire YME roster despite their contracts to YME. In addition to the $8million lawsuit Tunechi has against Birdman in regards to his contract and advance, he will have to resolve this issue in court as well.
I’m sure Dwayne Carter is unbothered as he raps on his Coco Remix – “I ain’t trippin’, I got Barbie, I got Drake too.”
