Beyoncé just dropped a mortgage on a pair of diamond-studded stilettos from a British designer. Its been reported that the iconic singer spent $300,000 on her new golden jewel-encrusted stilettos from The House of Borgezie for an upcoming video.
These extravagant special-edition shoes were designed by Christopher Shellis and made especially for her. “These took over two months to make, with more than 1,300 diamonds set into solid 18K gold,” he said. Shellis says the shoes are retailed at $345,000 because the diamonds are set into the structure of the stiletto. They also come with a lifetime warranty.
The Queen Bey also purchased a gold basque belt, which retails at $85, 874. The company is ecstatic that Beyoncé is wearing their products in her upcoming video, which is due this fall. “It’s the ultimate, Beyoncé’s one of those fantasy customers,” he said. “If you want someone to model your creations, you can’t get any better than Beyoncé.”
